DEFENSE COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The Sekou Odinga Defense Committee meets bi-weekly at the Shakur/Morales Center located at the City College of New York. Times and confirmation of meetings can be obtained via e-mail.

THE SEKOU ODINGA DEFENSE COMMITTEE
We are dedicated to raising public consciousness and monies in support of former Black Panther and Political Prisoner of War, Sekou Odinga. We want to educate and motivate people to become involved in the fight for his freedom.
We host political, social and cultural fundraising community and family events/activities to educate participants on the Harlem and Queens area community work - free breakfast programs, free health clinics, fight to end police violence, drug dealing - Sekou was engaged in before his imprisonment.
We want Sekou Odinga - and dozens of other former Black Panther Party members who are also Political Prisoners / Prisoners of War imprisoned throughout the united states - to receive proper recognition as Freedom Fighters in the struggle for Liberation, self-determination and justice for oppressed people and not as "criminals or terrorists".
